The line art was done by me, with some edits from the original as well as all coloring done by ~giannipuri
It's based on Aesop's fable "La Vople Davanti a una Maschera da Teatro" or The fox in front of a theater mask, in it a fox by some means gets into the store-room of a theatre, suddenly he notices a face glaring down at him and becomes very frightened; but looking more closely he finds it is only an actor's mask.
"Ah," says the Fox. " You look very fine, pity you have not got any brains."
